How & When Will You Know He’s the One?

This is the ultimate question.  Ah, our quest to “know” everything. It can be tempting to stay safe and hide until a person that you know for sure is the one sweeps you off your feet.  I mean, after all, why waste your time with anyone else?

And though I’m not recommending wasting your time with anyone that isn’t a good fit with you, I feel it’s only fair to warn you:  You will very likely not know your soul mate is the one for a while.

There are no guarantees and there’s no way you can know for sure and, quite frankly, it just makes good sense to take some time to get to know a person.  This is where the practice of trust and faith that you are living the highest life you can and that God/Universe/Source is providing for you in the best way.

 soul mates, happy, love

So in order to discover you can fly with your soul mate at some point you must take a leap of faith – go out on dates, get to know people, get into a relationship.

You’ll know you’re on the right path when your relationship just feels right.  It feels good and relaxed without fluctuating highs and lows of emotions.  And your soul mate will make plans and take actions that show he wants to spend his life with you and you will “feel” it’s right to jump on board with him.

So you never really know – it’s a leap, a feeling, and a journey you’re consciously choosing to have together.  In other words, you’re deliberately attracting and choosing your soul mate.

True. Although I haven’t met my soulmate yet, I have given men I wouldn’t normally date a chance and while they’re not my soulmates, they’re still pretty close matches. The frogs aren’t as bad as I thought. Also when I met my ex-husband I was convinced he was my soulmate and he was so wrong for me in many levels because I was blinded by chemistry.
